I just got done watching this video that speaks (and draws) in a very entertaining way about what really motivates humans. As I am back at school for my first inservice day, I thought that this would be a great video to show the staff. Unfortuently, it is a bit late for that, and as a teacher, I have little say in what administrators do to motivate us teachers.
As a teacher, I saw several points that resonated with me and I wanted to share this video so that you will get a chance to see what really motivates us.
